Staff Inductions
Hi all, I'm trying to improve our current induction process for mango seasons and just wondering how long inductions generally take for others. Also how are they delivered? We have been doing it all face-to-face but would like to change this to video and possible some online. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.
