Share cropper sought for first ever crop(s) of peas on undulating cow-pasture land in South Gippsland
The subject land has not been used for other than grass feeding beef cattle for at least last ~20 years of ownership, probably longer according to vendor.
I have noticed occasional growing of peas in nearby farms. I am interested in sharing some of the risk and reward of costs and prices, with an experienced share-cropper with own machinery.
Happy to discuss at any time, this or other crops on the land. Very good land in lower Strzelecki Ranges foot-hills, with abundant local labour for harvesting.
