Farmer exchange | Double acting float valves not opening fully.

Double acting float valves not opening fully.

The float valve seems to get into a  half open/close position ,ln balance with the outflow of the tank and never actually either open or close fully.  Have been using plummers lube on all moving parts.  Presently trying adding weight to the top float
