What feeding rates should I use for twinning ewes on full drought ration?

Hi, we currently have ewes locked up so our pastures can recover before lambing. They are in condition score 2.5, merinos and have been scanned as having twins. What should I be feeding them and how often?

And help would be greatly appreciated.
