What platforms are people using for finding farm employees?

Hi, wondering where you look for farm employees? Both short and long term? Have you had any success with Facebook groups or do you still put an ad in your local paper?

Most Popular

We have had good success with using Facebook groups, particularly for short term employees, but don't see any reason why it wouldn't work for long term as well. Quite often the short term turn into long term if they are any good.
