Has anyone retrofitted a cone from a flat bottom silo?

Need help! Had enough of shovelling feed out.

Yes, did several over 30 years ago. Local engineering firm built centre outlet cone base or side delivery base. Knock flat bottom off silo and crane onto new base and fix. Noddy.
